"Our full scale renovation in Princeton was a challenge from the start. Having said that, Lucash Montgomery was up to the challenge. The entire team was fully engaged from the get-go and took on each issue / problem as it arose, in stride and with a can do attitude. Chris Montgomery was very hands-on and explained everything in as much detail as I wanted as we went along - which was important to me as this was my first major construction project. The on-site foreman, Warren, was diligent, responsive and aimed to please to the end. He and his crew worked hard and made the extra effort to abide by the myriad of association rules that certainly raised the bar. This was the cleanest construction site in town – full stop! In the end…my wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the result and would not change a thing. "In 2012, our garage was crushed during Superstorm Sandy. Marty resurrected it beautifully, according to my prescribed wishes that it look as if it had always been there. Our house is well into its nineties – a cozy, old Tudor. And I was admittedly very fussy, especially when it came to the stucco and wood trim. I wanted the new garage to look old and authentic.
